I
am going to be doing some make up for you here today to
show you some really important tricks. The first make
up you should really learn, as a model is a one for glossy.
When you present yourself to a photographer, what is the
most important is that they see you and your natural beauty.
You want to be little bit finish, fresh and natural looking.
All the make up that we have here today is Maybelline,
and I am going to start with a concealer, dot under the
eyes and then just blend out with your finger. That is
nice, does it not?
If you see any little spot that, you definitely want
to cover for the photographer. The little trick that
I really like is, sometimes on the inner corner of the
eye, it shows a little bit of red or a little bit of
blue. And if you just cover that, it makes a huge difference
and brightens up the eye. You can just dust this up
in five minutes and you will be out the door because
you know everything here has to be in that New York
minute, right girls?
So you have to do it really quick. The next that you
will do is, we are going to use a mineral power powder
foundation. It is very, very smooth, so it is very,
very natural feeling for the skin as well. Just swirl
around, top it out and also apply this in a circular
motion on the skin, and it make the skin so flawless
looking and so natural.
Next, I am using mineral power blush, which I really
like, because it gives a really pretty luminescent look,
and you just are going to apply a little dusting on
the cheek area and you will look very fresh and we will
go with a little bit of mascara. This is matte mascara;
it separates and lengthens the lashes without making
any plums. So you can get a really smooth lash without
making it look over done. Then just look down, and dust
a little bit on the ends. All right, and shine seduction
and it is a basic gloss. It is really good for girls
to you as well. What I really love, it is a bit pointed,
so you can actually get the shape of the lip on this
one as well.
Together, like that. That is your basic glossy look.
That is your number one look for the photographers.
Everybody is good to look at. On the tenacious look,
I am going to do a glossy make up for a more commercial
client. The next look is the red carpet event.
